Hello my name is Lorena Beck of Beck’s Family Properties LLC. I am a facilitator for many large bulk sellers. All product is direct from banks. Seller’s have reo’s, npn’s, sfr, mfr, commercial nationwide.
Starting in the first quarter of 2011 I will be direct to the FDIC, Freddie and Fannie Mae. Working with me you will never have to search for legit tapes again. Or have to worry about you loi or pof is being shopped. You will actual make more money working with me because you will receive legit tapes quickly. Due to confidentiality I will only work with the direct buyer or their mandate. The buyer and I will sign and notarize a facilitator agreement. This agreement is to protect both parties. It protects the buyer’s confidentiality and privacy. When a tape is complied for the buyer, the buyer is the only party that will ever see the tape. Source # 1 REO SFR Only at this time. 1. Buyer must notify bank rep that seller will be contacting them for funds verification. 5. Hard proof will be conducted bank to bank 6. Tape is released in 48 hours or less once hard proofed. 7. Seller mandate will not speak to buyer prior to receiving documents required. Available Product: Minimum order $50 million. No purchase limit CA Product 60 cents all in. Nationwide: Seller will determine price point per state. Source #2 REO’S, NPN’S, SFR, MFR, COMMERCIAL 1. Direct from seller mandate for numerous banks 2. Seller will determine price point + 4 - includes my fee 3. Sign seller ncnd 4. Loi 5. Sworn asset declaration form (spof) I will provide this form to you. 6.
