A Little Bit About Me
My name is Meghan Oros, and I've now been in the Real Estate Industry for 1 year!! I'm originally from the NW suburbs of Chicago (Wheeling, IL to be exact) and moved out here to Florida for school. I have a bachelors in Marine Science, but work for a small short sale business. Ha ha...I know, interesting career switch. Unfortunately, I was never informed that working in my previously chosen field pays absolutely nothing. I don't know about you all, but it's pretty hard to live on NOTHING.
So, with fingers crossed I randomly applied for a job on craigslist way outside of my degree parameters. Now I work for two of the GREATEST guys and am learning so much. I just know this will take me somewhere. Day by day I try to absorb as much as possible about the short sale process and what I need to do to get to where my bosses are.
This is my view everyday at work...our properties on their way to getting closed!

How are you, Investing in Short sales, if someone was to come to you and ask you to do a subject to could you? How about a REO with your offer being accepted and not the banks with $10 in escrow. Do you know how to do that? I can show you- if you are interested, as a successful investor, we must know how to work every property for profit, agreed you can call me if you are serious about getting more educated! Thanks Ron
