I have been thinking about how we as investors can improve our communication techniques on Real Investor.com. The problem seems to me that there is no effecient mechanism in place to regulate the movement of listed and sold properties. They are either left till someone emails or calls about them or just simply left onsite period.
I would like to propose that we upgrade the system, perhaps not as super effecient as the MLS by realtors, nor as the moving display on the stock exchange. But at the very least, so that we can all see by visual charting... continue reading >>
Reading Our Opportunities

I appreciate that we're all busy entrepreneurs trying to realize our dreams, which is great. However, it goes without saying that a part of sound business strategy is to read our electronic mails to ensure we are not missing prized opportunities.
