Hello Everyone!

I am currently a college student and work fulltime to make "endsmeat". I Have always dream of owning my own Contracting business. I have yet to start investing into any real estate, but they say before you jump into anything you should learn the ends and outs of the business. With this site I hope to connect with anyone from all aspects of the real estate business. And at the same, learn something from all of you. If there is anyone who is willing to help guide an aspiring Real Estate Invester, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello Leading by Example,

I can most certainly assist you in anyway I can, let me know what you have been doing as far as education.  Do you want to rent, flip, wholesale, etc.?  Any goals set? There are two good investor groups to belong to in Charlotte.  I'm a member of Metrolina REIA (www.metrolinareia.org), and I have been to several Charlotte REIA meetings too.  In your profile, you mentioned on wanting to start a contracting business.  Do you currently have any experience with working with residential properties?  What do you like to do construction wise?  Maybe we can get together sometime and talk strategies.
