Yes: I have found that the best source its by attending your local REIA. There are many great people a and groups but I have found that the best success is the local reia as the rehabs are best underdstood in a local market place.
On another note This forum proves to be a wealth of assistance so we may both be able to find a program that is more suited for a broader geographic area.
Where is it that you are rehabbing right now. I may have a connection in your area.

Since you are involved with rehabbing do you know of any private lenders who can help finance some of the projects that i am about to get started in. they are rehab projects that i am looking to get into.

Thanks for the complement Larry. Anything that looks really good on the site, I probably had nothing to do with it. Anything on the site that's not working right, I probably did it.
Know anyone that can still make a cash-out refi happen on a property with 6 months or less of title seasoning and ltv's of around 60%?
