About Me
I am one of 3 co-owners of a real estate investment company in New Haven County, Connecticut. My primary role in the company is to create and assess investment property analyses related to cost and potential return on investment for each property acquisition. My role is also focused on coordinating the contractor bidding process and project quotes which are used as the repair costs when wholesaling our deals. We are very diligent in providing all the necessary information needed when presenting a wholesale deal to a potential investor so that an accurate and prudent investment decision can be made.
