Howdy All!

I am 23 year old graduate from Texas A&M University. I am a huge fan of Robert Kiyosaki and I started reading his books right after I graduated college. I wish I would have started sooner! 

I started RE Investing in 2008 primarily concentrating on Wholesale deals. However, because I was still working a full-time job, I only had 3-4 hours of sunlight during the week and weekends to actually market to look for properties to Wholesale. In 1 year I only closed 2 deals and ended up breaking even. I was getting nowhere fast, spending more money than I was making, and was really frustrated.

I took to the web to look for others ways to make passive and residual income and my prayers were answered. After much research, I started an Internet Business that in this year alone has already proved to be more lucrative than I ever was in RE. The Internet is the way to go if you want your Business to work for you 24/7.
