First Home Purchase
Well, my offer has been accepted on a pre-foreclosure! A little 3/2 4 sided brick ranch in a quiet neighborhood. The good news is the kitchen is so old..... that it is almost back in style, and I've got a friend that does cabinet & counter-tops.
This is my first home purchase & fixer-upper!
