Hey my fellow investors,I was looking forward to meeting and/or chatting with fellow real estate investors or like-minded individuals on this site. I haven't took the leap yet but I have been reading books, visiting websites, and going to a couple of seminars. I do have a general knowledge of the whole process of buying and selling houses but I think the only thing holding me back is the fear of the unknown! I'm ashamed to say but i would rather someone take me by the hand for my first deal. Just so that I get it right the first time and build my confidence up. HI Antonio, thanks for the request and let me just say that I can feel where you're coming from when you say you would like to have someone help you with your first deal. I know how frustrating it can be. My advice to you would be to start wholesaling (flipping) houses. Get all the information and teaching you can get on flipping to get some fast cash and grow from there. Do yourself a favor and don't buy everyones (gurus) stuff who tell you that you can get into this game with their magic methods. You are going to have to bust your butts just like everyone else. For you, it might not be as hard as it has for someone else. Please don't take this as criticism, I just don't want to see you waste a lot of time and money on things that don't work. There are a few gurus that I believe if you work there methods, you will see profits, but not many. Preston Ely is among one of the gurus that I've used to help me with wholesaling. So welcome to the site and get out and start wholesaling. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. If you do, then learn from them and do another deal. You won't make any money reading books and going to seminars. You have to take the plunge. See you on the other side of wealth. :)
