As a wholsaler investor are we considred a dealer and what should we do to lower taxes and what is the right business structure for wholsalers if you are by yourself doing the business.Is it better to have an S corporation. I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!
Our program is not like a normal rent to own program. We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
