I'm new to wholesaling and I'm just starting off in the Charleston, SC market. Currently, I am just trying to build a network of buyers and sellers, attorney's, lenders and anyone with great advise. I am also working on getting my strategy down, and completing a marketing plan.

So as you can see...I am GREEN at RE Investing. Any pointers, great advise, do's and don't are welcome.

If your someone out there that already has success and are looking to "mentor" a highly motivated person on what you think is the best way at making money...I'm here...

All of the properties that I deal with are in North and South Carolina.  I deal with people that are looking for opportunities there daily.  There are many that do not qualify for my products but are still interested in the area.  We may be able to work together to help each other out.
