About Me
I am originally for the New Orleans area. Prior to my full time career in Real Estate I was a Branch Manager at AmSouth Bank, in Metairie, La. I moved to Atlanta in 2007 where I work with first time home buyers, investors and seasoned professionals. I have always had in interest in Real Estate since back in 1993 when I purchased my first double. At times I had a total of 10 properties outstanding at one time. Since the down turn in the market I am down to just 3 but I am looking to build back my portfolio.

I am a Realtor in the Atlanta area. I head the Property Management division at my company. I work with people who are looking to do lease purchases as well as straight rentals. I assist first time home buyers, investors or seasoned professionals. If you are interested in investing in the Atlanta Real Estate Market, I can help. Aloha: We buy and Hold in Honolulu area but we are currently selling some of our condos because rents are sliding down significantly and cash flow is anything but positive.
