I wholesale in the Jackson, MS market. My system is pretty simple. I have bridge lenders, permanent lenders, rehabers, property mgt. all in place. (My bridge lenders charge no points!!) I sell at 65% - bridge loan covers purchase price and supervised rehab - No money out of your pocket! I provide subject to appraisal and rehab estimate.
