I have been marketing for buying and selling houses for several years. In a past business I had a large design, build and maintain landscape company. 4 Hour Work Week

I have been reading and hearing (book on CD) a book called 4 hour work week, by Timothy Ferriss. It is a good book on how to really cut out all the FLUFF in life. So Yesterday, FRIDAY I decided that I was just going to have fun. Not much in work and I was going to stay away from phone and email.

Sending a Thank You Note
Preview:
When was the last time you sent a thank you note? For years my wife helped me out with this endavour. Then she quit. So of course I stopped. It was not until a friend of mine introduced me to a service that allows me to write a message on a greeting card online and they will print, fold, stuff for a little over a buck a card.
I was hooked. It takes me about 30 seconds. Now I can follow up with a real greeting card.

Well I have 4 properties to sell or lease option. So what I am doing is sending a greeting card to the recent (2 months) Preforeclosure filings. The way I figured that they probably will be wanting a place to stay real soon.
