Hello John I am Frank Lawson and I am contacting you because I need some advice or guidance on a funding issue I am haveing. I have a hotel project that I am working on it is a 2.95 milion dollar hotel. we have placed $410,000 into escrow and need another $50,000 to close. I have terrible credit and need to close quickly. I have done everything but sell my house (because I don't own one) Do you know anyone that does short term loans this small that would take either third position or make a personal loan for the deal. I am desperate what would you do and how can I get this done
I am a 66 year old artist with “day-jobs”, being my five businesses. The beginning of this year I decided to retire and started to shut down four of my five businesses. I plan to spend most of my time doing my art works and less time in the business world. But, one cannot just end cold-turkey after some forty years of doing business. So right now, I am looking for partners to take over some of my properties and projects and buyers to sell off the properties that are no longer needed. I would also be looking for the right active person to network with for helping to find partners and buyers. That person could also make some money for their help. Once the new art studio is built and the non-needed items are sold, I will be looking for new investments. But for right now all of the incoming cash is going to build the new studio, which is not cheap. Have 4 new multi-family deals under agreement. Looks like we are going to busy with some rehabs in 2 of the buildings. The other 2 of the buildings are actually in good shape without rehabs and have current lead certificates. Those are move in ready. Looking at a 6-unit doing seller financing on Friday. Busy, busy.
