Hi John: Thanks for saying hi, and I'm still coaching REI for US investors, mostly private money recruitment and sub2 - land trusts --- lease option. Hope you are well in UK, as I am happily raising 2 kids in Auckland, NZ. All the best to you, Brian http://REIEntrepreneur.com

Hi John, First thanks for the invite to your network and secondly do you have more specific details on your requirements for you to purchase real estate both here in the USA and overseas?  If interested? I have a project in Belize which is fully approved and have some preconstruction ocean front units still available. Have a look at the website and let me know your interest. www.aramacao.com Again thanks and have a good day.

Hello John, I am a beginner and would love to get into real estate.  I've been reading a lot on it, and there are so many options.  What do you suggest would be a great start for someone who has never done this business before?  I'm basically looking for some good direction on how I should start in getting into this business.

Thank you for the comment on my page.  Paying the price is often overlooked within the courses that I've taken...and I've taken lots.  The courses I've taken always mentioned how easy it was to learn and implement the techniques but the problem is if it was really that easy then wouldn't everyone be doing it?  Success is never easy because I think it's a test to see how much you REALLY want it.  Thanks again from one Computer Science grad to another !!!(Showing my age a little bit, but Pascal and Cobol which I learned in School doesn't have a great job market here in the states...)

Hello John, In fact, I'm open-minded to take the opportunities, wherever they are;) The laws in Canada are more complicated, and the Real estate right now, in Quebec where I live, is still strong. It's slower now, but it's still good. I think we will see a good drop in the houses' prices in Quebec, Canada this year. In the west Canada, I think it's already started.  A nice condo here in Quebec City, you will pay like 200K and more. And you get feets and feets of snow as a free bonus during what...5 months !?! hahaha!!! But right now, you can also have this same kind of condo, in florida, not too far from the beach, with sun and palmers and no snow for free also, but you will pay what ? 80, 100K $ ?! And you will have a better lifestyle I think.. So I'm seriously looking to buy in US. For beginning, I will begin short sales. I'll start a coaching program, with DC Fawcett, and learn how it will works., and make big monney in the next year. In Quebec, we rarely see foreclosures presently. And when there are, they are sell very quickly, because people thinks it's a great deal. Unfortunately, it's not always the case... Talk to you soon, we keep in touch !
