Here is a little experience I just went through and thought it mught be of help to some other investors who may be just starting out our have not done a rehab with a contractor.
I was lucky enough to have a more seasoned investor give me a great contract to make your contractors sign before they start on a rehab for you.
Here are some must have items in a contract that you and your contractor sign before the job begins.
1.)He must have and give you copies of his/her insurance policy
