First of all Equinaire is not a multilevel marketing company unlike Nouve Riche. I have been to a Nouve Riche meeting and yes I agree most people there are trying to sign you up so that they can collect 50% of you sign up fees, which when aI attended was 18K. And the slogan click a mouse buy a house does not impress me.
Unfor tunate ly Ken you are misinformed. But thats ok, alot of investors these days are misinformed thats the problem.
Equinaire has a real estate company that finds the below market properties. Guides the investor through the purchase process, then will renovate and secure a tenant and manage the property for the investor. They try to take all the headache out of investing and being a landlord. Thus thier slogan "A One Stop Solution To Real Estate Investing". Their system works and has its place in the market. Members also recieve free investment consultation, legal advice and services, tax advice and services and much more to help their clients echieve their financial or retirement goals.
So hope fully in the future you will do your due diligence and know what you are talking about before you expose your lack of knowledge. And before you spend your hard earned money investing. A good smart investor does his due diligence and know for a fact what he comments about and believes. If you base your investments on the lack of knowledge you displayed here it may cost you your future.
