He has materially participated in rental properties, waterfront spec homes and buy & flip transactions. Jeff has originated over 1,000 mortgage loans. Jeff is also veteran of the USMC and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm as an Infantryman with First Battalion Third Marines. Jeff is from Stuart Florida. Jeff, Great comment. I don't have the knowledge to understand some of the past failures of our economic markets, but I fully agree that these things are cyclical and that it's best to stick to your plan and move ahead at full steam. I have to say, you're getting property down in FL for about half of what it cost 2 years ago. Is that exciting for you, or is there some healthy fear that accompanies those "great deals" ?

HOW IT WORKS
