Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. #1 Dbl closings are too much Liability for the Title Companies and that is why they are refusing to do them.
#2 Short Sales involve a lot of paper work and tme; the loss mitigation depts at most banks are under-staffed and the banks have a lot of M-O-N-E-Y; they are motivated but not the MOST MOTIVATED Sellers out there.
#3 The California market is holding up fairly well but behind the scenes we are seeing large increases in the # of homes for Sale, an increase in Short Sale #'s, and likewise an increase in the number of REO or bank owned properties. We haven't seen the PEAK of the Buyer's Market where the numbers start to level off or drop....yet!!!
#4 For 2008, we are probably looking at double the number of loans to get into "Trouble". The usual Spring Buying Season will probably be uplifting to the market but as more Foreclosures roll in...there will be another big downturn in the market between June and December. But, it is an Election year, so I expect the government to throw big money at the Problem!!!
We are predicting an Up and Down Market!!!
