I am also an aspiring filmmaker. I love all kinds of films, from every genre and era, and have for as long as I can remember. While I'm not an artist in the sense that I can paint or draw very well, I have always been very creative, and able to envision the big picture and outcome of how I envision things. Over the years I have had many concepts for films that I would love to bring to the big screen. Currently I have a few ideas that I am writing screenplays for in my spare time (which is hard to come by these days). My plan is to eventually have my investing business firmly established with my power team in place, and hopefully this will free up my time and help financially back my film projects.
So, in addition to shootin the the you-know-what about real estate, I'm always down to b.s. with anyone interested in or involved with the film and movie industry.

I'm a web designer/developer by trade with a background in marketing and advertising, but am trying to cut my teeth in the real estate investing game. I'm technically new to the game I suppose. However, over the years I have worked with many different investors from all over the country. I've seen a lot what works and what doesn't work. I feel I have a pretty good understanding of the industry, but of course I would be foolish to think that I know everything already. That is why I'm here, to network with and learn and hear from and about other investors.
I've heard great things about this site, so I look forward to meeting some new friends and learning from what others are doing, as well as sharing the knowledge that I have learned about this industry over the years.

My Business
I've worked as a web designer, developer, analyzer and consultant for many various clients since 1998. Myself and my younger brother are currently in the process of getting our real estate investing business off the ground and hopefully making our first deal soon. Initially we plan on focusing on wholesaling of residential properties, but in the near future I plan on focusing more time on commercial investments and finding good buy and hold properties.
In addition to launching my investing business, I also am currently working with houseplan desingers, ArchivalDesigns.com as well as REIcreator.com's new lead management/CRM software for investors.
