"Believe that there can be miracles when all hope is fraile." I was once in Law School and decided that law was not the path I truly had a desire for...the desire of wanting to be involved with homes was more like it for me and look at where I have ended up...lol...but, i won't complain...for there is a niche for everyone in this world---you have to just find it and then, place yourself within that realm of endless opportunities...currently, I am a full time investor preparing to expand my horizons...I travel quite a bit, so if you ever run into me in your city, be sure to give me a shout...that is if i can be caught...lol...but, seriously, I do travel a lot and i don't mind stopping by if it is something worthwhile...other than that, I try to enjoy life to the fullest extent because tomorrow isn't promised to anyone...so in closing I'd like to say, "Have fun in all that you do and witness that life has many more sunny days than those of rainy ones."

Hi,
I'm somewhat new to real estate investing (I've done a couple of rehabs) but would like to move into short sales. I was wondering if the "programs" some online gurus are worth the time and money.
I've attended "Webinars" from people like Dwan Tyford (says she gets short sales done in 30 days?) and Nathan Jurewicz/Chris McLaughlin and many others.
Would you advise getting their "programs", they run upwards of $1K. Don't know much about these people and although I have done searches on them they seem to have some real good SEO people for them because the results (page after page) are all about them (by them I assume because there is not way to call/write or contact their "testimonials")
Help please before I make a costly mistake. Some offer a 30 day guaranty (seems silly to me since it would probably take a lot more just to go through the material.
