Greetings and Salutations,

Recession?  This is our "Lemons to Lemonade" opportunity People, something that will NOT be repeated in our lifetime! It's up to you too, all you have to do is decide....

I am one Investor from Solomon Phoenix Group. We are group of Investors that started out in this industry as Licensed Mortgage Originators.  With so many great deals crossing our desks, we HAD to get in on the action! (Like insider trading, but totally LEGAL!)  It was awkward at first, seeking every bit of information available, from Grad Studies to Gurus! (perpetual students always) 

We used to Originate Funds for a vast array of Investors....now we buy and sell properties for ourselves.  We've moved 292 single family homes to date!  Currently we have a great project in the works that involves approx. 180 homes at once and another project that will break ground for over 120 condo units this spring.

Although Real Estate Investing is a serious business....(as in, you can make some SERIOUS profits!)  We don't have to take ourselves too seriously.  It's very rewarding to be able to offer a service that is Win-Win for everyone!  End result, we help families obtain a real HOME at a real savings, and achieve their American Dream!

We can be Loyal and Fun Loving, but also Fierce Protectors of the Homestead like our mascot "Cochise" (the chocolate lab in My Photos)

As Private Funds Brokers we help Real Estate Investors obtained Funding for their deals.  ($500K to $500Mil +) Commercial Investment Funding is our main focus, however we do have access to funding for Single Family homes as well.

Our pool of Private Funds Investors are interested in a vast array of deals.  Short term/high return for those deals that HAVE to close, to Long term/good rate for the deals you need to hold.

As Residential Investors, our interest is to Buy Low and Sell Low ASAP, with the occasional Rehab project.
