Investors interested in buying California property.  With the devaluation of the dollar it is a great opportunity for foreign investors.  We are in a buyers market, not a time to flip, you won't have a positive cash flow (I take those buyers out of state) but history shows you will make a profit.
Other Interests
New adventures. I have walked the Great Wall in China. Last year I went sky diving from 13,000 feet, river rafting on the American river and canopying across the jungle.  Cannot wait to see what today will bring.
