I have a wholesale deal in Wilkes Barre
single family rehabber with an ARV: 90000
It requires 23000 for rehab
owner very motivated all cash for 45000.
Property address: 63 Amherst Ave.
I also have a 3 family (short sale pending) that only requires 10000 in updating. The property is located in a strong rental neighborhood. ARV: 110000
Selling for 75000 all cash.
Property address: 278-280 Union St. Nanticoke PA.
