 Hey there, My name is Jerome Harrod II, and I'm a young new real estate wholesaler in Baltimore,MD. I got into real estate at the age of 17 while in highschool, by wholesaling notes secured by real estate for about a year, closing around 4 note deals in that one year period, profiting about $12,000 that year. I was stupid and didn't heed my parents warning with banking it and saving it for that rainy day.. 

Later on, I took a break from real estate after highschool, to get my college life together, a year and some months long break. After becoming dead -beat broke for the first time in a long time and since I could not stand regular jobs,  I figured I better get back into real estate, but after I left the note business for so long, my contacts either wasn't there anymore or just simply dropped me. 

So, here I'am  a newbie wholesaler ,Nice to meet you.

I learn fast and hard sometimes, but I'm always willing to learn, so eventually all this have to payoff.

I also wholesale notes secured by property to buyers, if anyone know of any sellers that has used seller financing to I'll pay $750 for each lead that sells me their note.

My future goal is to become a full time investor working in every area of real estate. Doing Wholesales,Rehabs, ShortSales, Landlording, Note Buying, etc, etc. I know it will just take me one wholesale deal to get me started and on my way.
