I specialize in flipping properties, financing investor purchase transactions, financing investor rehabs (up to 100%), financing and pre-qualifying investors end-buyers (up to 100% starting at 400 FICO), and bailing out OR improving an investors under performing properties and portfolios. My second love is our judgment enforcement business. Have a renter refuse to pay--no problem.

I finance residential, small commercial and commercial projects. If I am not financing a transaction, you can find me flipping my own projects, or flipping properties for other investors direct to the end buyer. If I am not busy flipping you can find me working with my staff on the management of investor clients' equity, multiplying the equity in our investor clients properties, or coordinating with investor clients CPA's, Tax person, and/or CFP's to integrate our equity multiplying and management plan into the investors long term retirement and wealth accumulation plan (strategies). If I am not doing the above, you can find me overseeing the enforcement of judgments for our investor clients.

If I am not doing any of the above, I am probably giving a seminar. If I am not giving a seminar, I am probably doing homework with my 1st grader, or 2nd grader, or 7th grader, or 10th grader. If we are not doing homework, we are probably in the pool. If we are not in the pool, we are probably at a sports function. If we are not in the pool, doing homework, at a sports function, I am hopefully on the phone with you. If I am not on the phone with you, we are probably giving thanks to God for all his awesome works and blessings or out preaching the good news.

 Hey fellow investor I'm new 2 the site in fact I just joined 2nite, I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in Texas, I have 2  deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... and now I'm selling it for $855,000.00, I need 2 find buyers .... I have "NONE" ......
