Hello, my name is Jordan and I am currently doing business in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
I am a recent Business Administration (specializing in Management) graduate, currently working for a small business doing IT work (figure that one out
). Actually though, I love working with computers, whether it be web design, graphics work, information system structuring and development, etc., but its time that I started putting these skills to work for more lucrative purposes

My Business
At this point I have not formed a "business" persay... I do however have a general plan!
First I would like to learn the business, learn how to negotiate, and learn how to find motivated sellers through Wholesaling.
After I have built up a fair cash cushion and understand how to talk to people, I would like to start learning the land lording side of REI with Lease Option deals. I would also like to start working with a Property Management firm and edge my way into "managing the manager".
After I have a fair grasp on Lease Optioning, I plan on getting heavily into "buy and hold" for both the passive cash flow and equity appreciation.
