I am a full time real estate investor and also hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  I enjoy talking with people and learning about their life stories.  I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 great kids.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and scrapbooking. 

I began investing in real estate in 1996, purchasing a foreclosure at an auction, and then living in it while rehabbing it.  I got into real estate right out of college as a way to supplement retirement income, never thinking I could just do real estate investing as a career. I currently own 10 rental properties in 5 states; multi-families and SFRs.  I also wholesale properties to other investors and am looking to build my contacts for wholesaling across the US and worldwide.  I have property managers and rehab managers available to help with your new property.  Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing inexpensive property ($20K - 40K) for rentals or retail sales.
