Hi Everyone!  I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in California. My specialty is in Investment Project Property Management and all aspects of finding rehab properties; purchase and sale.

College educated with a BA degree in Business Management & Marketing. Worked in the corporate offices of a national home improvement chain for several years prior to my real estate career. Skilled in residential remodeling; I was formally trained by the stars of A&E televisions "Flip This House."

I have owned several other businesses including a marketing company where i worked with celebrity clientele and upper echelon company brass. 

I am a life-long resident of southern California. I grew up in the Pasadena area of the San Gabriel Valley. I have owned property in several southern California counties & worked with clients in LA, Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino counties. This unique attribute allows me a great knowledge of residences & neighborhoods throughout these counties. Together with my wife Tamara, a college educated interior designer, we are now able to offer full remodeling services to all of our clients!

When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and living life to the fullest!

I handle all types of real estate transactions..from investments to commercial and short sales to foreclosures. 

I also own an investment property project management company where I handle all aspects of your projects for you...from the finding of the property to the rehabbing and then sale of rental of the unit.  I have forged great relationships with all types of companies necessary to complete rehabs and make you money in the investment arena.  My wife is an interior designer and creates magical homes for people to purchase. People often give her accolades for her design sense and uniqueness to an individual or home.
