I like to read. I read lots of scifi, horror and fantasy when I am not reading self-help or business know-how books. I like Stephen King, John Grissom, Dale Brown, Stephen Koontz and many others.

I collect state quaters, I have a complete set of uncirculated and most of the proofs. I also collect the new president dollars.

I am a glass blower. I fuse and slump glass as well. I am associated with the Pittsburgh Glass Center through family connections and rental fees.

About Me

I am 59 years young and want to be able to persue my hobby of glass blowing. This is an expensive hobby so I turned to Real Estate, the only venue I know of where I can make the kind of money I want in a relatively short period of time.

My plan includes SEC registration in my state (and maybe with the US SEC so I can work with family and friends in California). I am beginning a marketing campaign to find potential "subject to" purchase opportunities. I am working with a local "Buyer's Agent" who is bringing me many good deals. I just need to weed out the jewels.

My Business

I have just started my second real estate life. I am purchasing and rehabbing properties in the wonderful Pittsburgh, PA market. I am preparing to do my state SEC registration and then to begin looking for private investors so that I can take my business to the next level.

Pittsburgh is an ideal market for the real estate business. There are properties selling for as low as $4,000 to $1,000,000 +. Of course, the lesser priced properties do need lots of fix-up. There are, also, very nice properties in need of just a little TLC.

I'm just starting and looking for help to purchase 5 houses from this one guy and then rehab them they are all 2story house that was built back in the early 1900s and they have alot to offer.  The older houses are one the I amire the most.  They really fascinate me the most.  I'm sure I missed spelled some their.  I'm a bad speller.  There are 2 that are single family homes and they have 4 bd 2 br and larg living rooms,  and the thing I love the most they have lovely wood work.   Most of the new homes now day have trim that is plactic and the outside of it looks like wood.  I hate that cause if you hit it with something you can brack it easy and you may not even mean to.  Another is made into 2 apartments and I plan to make it into a single family home.  the bottom apartment has a closet that has the old starcase still in it.  These homes need a new basment.  That is the bad thing about them but they make a good homes for a big family.     The other houses are made into apartments and I plan to keep them and rent them out after rehabing them.  1 Home is in three apartments and has a basement.  This house looked like it didn't need much to do on.  Just your normal rehab.   The other home is the one I love the most and I feel in Love with.  Its a big house and is made into 5 apartments.  and has a house out back that has 2, 2bd apartments in it.  This house has a lovely amazing outside look to it.      If your intrested in partnering with me let me know and i'll tell you more.
