WHOLESALED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7319 FILLMORE. COMPS WERE AT 88 - 90K I PICK IT UP FOR 55K AND WHOLESALED IT FOR 57.5K. IN TWO WEEKS I PROFITED $2,500 ON AN ASSIGNMENT TO HOME QUEST HOME BUYERS, AND THEY MADE 30K IN TWO MONTHS OF REHAB. I WISH I HAD MORE EXPERIENCE AT THAT TIME, BUT YOU LIVE AND LEARN THAT WAS 3YRS AGO.
CURRENTLY ASSIGN NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME TO HIGH-END BUYERS, PROFIT BETWEEN 10-120K PER DEAL
