Buy and sell houses in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have been in business for 3+ years. Started out rehabbing and renting and have quickly learned that I do not want to be a landlord anymore and do not want to deal with the headaches of rehabbing. Done with both of those strategies for a long time!!!! Have bought "subject to" and have sold on lease options. I love how the some of the gurus say you get paid on lease options when they appreciate. Appreciation in this market?? I made that mistake!!! I currently buy and sell short sales......no tenants, toilets, rehabs, headaches anymore.
