About Me

My journey began when I decided I was tired of my I.T. clients keeping me from my family life. Calls on Sunday afternoons "My server's down, I can't get my e-mail..." was common place... I knew there was something better out there... and, I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad... From page 2 on, I was hooked, Real Estate was IT!!

I dumped my I.T. practice and dove head-long into Real Estate Investing. Being an entrepeneur, I knew the necessity of having a group of people around me that I could learn from and help. As I planned to start a local real estate group, I stumbled upon TBREIA and attended the first Brandon "Sub-group" meeting. The original Host, Jim, and I were the only attendees, so I became the "co-host" by default. Jim has since left Real Estate and, again by default, I am now the Host of the TBREIA Brandon Sub-Group.

I'm a professional property manager and full time real estate investor. I have had the priviledge of learning from the best real estate teachers and mentors in the world and have taken what I have learned and worked hard to maximize every opportunity in my market.
