I would like to hear from people who want to invest in commercial real estate but don't have the expertise. I have a direct participation mortgage fund which pays 15% ROI annualized. I also offer opportunities for investors interested in an ownership position. I deal ONLY in shopping centers and multi-family properties. Investors must be Accredited. Minimum investment is $20K.

About Me
In 1978 I bought a book on how to invest in rental real estate. Shortly thereafter I bought my first apartment building (16 units) and went on to buy and sell over 2,300 additional units. I formed Grace Realty Group to invest in value-added redevelopment commercial real estate. I also created The Grace Fund LLC, a $20 million mortgage fund, to finance Grace Realty Group's projects, which has grown to a network of over 200 investors. Of course, new investors are always welcome.
My Business

The Grace Fund is a $20 million private mortgage fund designed to provide Grace Realty Group and affiliates with short term financing to purchase and improve commercial properties. Investors are invited to learn how they can participate in the high yield commercial real estate lending market, safely and confidently, without hassles or headaches.

The Fund specializes in short term, high-yield mortgage loans, secured by commercial properties having a great deal of upside potential. The speed and flexibility that a private mortgage fund provides allows the borrower to quickly and efficiently take advantage of investment opportunities without the red tape typical of a bank loan or other institutional lender.

The timing couldn’t be better. There are presently many exciting opportunities available in the current “cold” real estate market. The Fund managers are seasoned, professional real estate investors, with an intimate knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.

Grace Realty Group is a privately owned,opportunistic commercial real estate investment company, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale,Florida.  GRG has been active in the ownership and redevelopment of Florida residential and commercial real estate since 2003, recently expanding its marketplace to include the Southeast United States region.  The company is well established as a knowledgeable and creative commercial real estate investor.
