The contracts on the site are the same ones Colin used in his Pre-Foreclosure business. I have used many different contracts to do deals with. Some more complex, some more simple. These have solid terms written to either favor the buyer or the seller depending on which side of the table you sit.
Review them and compare what they have to what the books recommend you have in a contract

Hahaha, I do hire people to do roofs, boilers and electric panels. I do most of the work only because i enjoy it and I think its fun. Im sure you watched some real academy award winning videos on my account huh?
