Looking For
I am looking for investors to share knowledge and experiences, and business partners to do business with.
As of now, I lack finances (can explain why). I am currently learning how to finance projects when very few options are available to me. A partner who can provide any form of financing would be very benificial for me, and in return I have many good skills and knowledge to offer/provide as well as some very good investment opportunities.
Other Interests
I enjoy sports, especially bodybuilding. I used to be a bodybuilder.
I love science and engineering.
I am also very interested in computer design and hardware, and various computer software (like video processing, encoding, rendering, producing, and working with videos and digital photography)

About Me
My name is George. I was born in Macedonia and lived there as a child until I moved to the United States with my family at age 16. I went to Fresno High and lived in Fresno, CA until I graduated.
In 2000 I went off to college at the University of California Santa Barbara. UCSB is a very reputable school and one of the best universities in the country. As most people know UCSB is part of the University of California (UCLA, UC Berkly etc.) There I studied Electrical Engineering and 5 years later I moved back to Fresno, CA where all my family lives.
Although I studied electrical engineering, I decided to persue a career as a real estate investor. I found it very lucrative because unlike most other careers it has no limit to success. And as history has shown, the most successful people in the world have almost always been real estate investors. And of course for me one of the most satisfying benifits of being a real estate investor is being my own boss.
It all started while I was in high school. The first house we bought here in the US was a 4bd 3bath house which needed a little TLC. Being the way we are, me and my dad worked on the house almost everyday as a hobby until we turned it into a very beautiful home. Couple of years later when we sold the house, we profited almost %50 of the purchase price. That's when we (me and my dad) became obsessed with real estate investing. While I was in college my father who worked for Kraft Foods started investing in real estate. He bought, lived, moved, and rented 3 different properties. That was a good result for someone who didn't have much knowledge in real estate investing.
In 2005 when I moved back to Fresno, CA, I started studying courses and reading various books and websites about real estate investing. I even took and passed the real estate agent exam on the first try. Since then I've acquired a decent knowledge in the real estate filed. As far as experience goes, I've worked as an agent, I've managed properties, and less then a year ago I bought my first fixer-upper. (I will post before and after pictures). I worked on this very very distressed property by myself with a little help of a contractor friend and my dad, all summer long and turned it into a beautiful house. I am very skilled in many trades and since then I've worked on a couple of projects as a "handy man/or general contractor" without a license. I also plan on getting my general contractors license sometime soon. Recently I finished a garage conversion and will post pictures on here. I now also work at a real estate/mortgage company part time. Facing some difficult challenges recently, I have come here for more advice and guidens from the more experienced and in hopes to meet and establish relationships, partnerships, and expand business opportunities.
