I've been investing in real estate for the past 10+ years, and am getting close to the dream of every investor; quitting my job! I buy single family houses in Columbus, and then either rent them out or lease-option them.

I have 1 son, 1 grand-daughter(geez that makes me sound old! lol), and 2 dogs. I cheer for all the Ohio sports teams, especially The Buckeyes. I'm also looking for a good woman who is self-sufficient if anyone knows any that are around 50.

get on my buyers list.  i wholesale an average of 2 properties a week, and i also average doing one rehab a month.  if you are interested in great wholesale deals in memphis TN, send me an email.  i wholesale rentals which will cash flow at least $200/mth for sfh, have at least 25% equity, and at least 25k equity.  most of my rehabs i offer are around .50cents on the dollar, and have at least 25k profit after expenses.  email me at jdsproperties@gmail.com
