The Flipologist: My combined experiences as a renter, homeowner, rehabber and DIY TV junkie coupled with my career experience in support services, project management and customer service were the impetus for creating Flipology Real Estate Support Services.
My collective experiences have taught me several valuable lessons which I now use to help property owners and real estate investors. These form the basis for the Flipology Three-Point Plan which helps rental property owners and homesellers to attract ideal clients by creating marketing collateral and sales ads that are:

Hi,
I’m pretty new here but this site seems to have a lot of potential ... especially for networking and learning from others.
If you have a moment, please stop by my profile and "Grade My Payday" ... look at the "Fatty Check" in my photos. This was my first "creative" deal. I put this deal together with $10 down and found a hard-money lender (@ 12% w/ 3 pts.) to put up the cash to buy out the mortgage company on a short sale.
Now I'm not showing off this check merely to sing my own praises. In fact I readily admit that, in large measure, I just really got lucky on this deal. And I know there's people here making way more money than me, but I particularly wanted to display this check for those amongst us who haven't yet got they're feet wet. I want to show the kind of possibilities that exist.
