I a very sensistive person with a strong intuition and an analytical mind. I try to be organized and determined and take my time when making big decisions.
I am Retired from General Motors Security (2006) and at my age (60) no one would hire me for another job, not even my own brother. Someone at my job before I Retired got me interested in 'Flipping Houses'. This guy is a full time local truck driver and said he makes $5,000 per deal part time. That got me interested. I watched all the info commericals about Real Estate and got the programs, Carlin Sheets, A.D. Kessler, to name a few. But nothing worked. Until I saw Dean Grazisis info commerical and ordered his program and came on board as a student with his Coaching Staff.
My Business
I'm a beginner or student and wish to learn everything I can about Real Estate. I have been to a Real Estate Investor's Club in Atlanta and I plan to join soon so I can bring deals and interact with Investors. I know starting out I will make mistakes but that is how we learn thru our mistakes. So I am reading and studying and attending siminar's in Hotels learning everything I can about Real Estate.
