Thanks to the real estate industry, I elected for early retirement. I live in my hometown of Springfield, Mo. I really enjoy solving problems and looking for new ways to skin the proverbial cat.
I'd rather ride my bike (1600 Vulcan) to preview properties or go to a closing. Boating is my second favorite thing. Neither of my dogs like either one!

Thanks for commenting on my blog awhile back.I gave up on trying to locate grants for now because the money is not there right now and theres a list to get on so I'm focusing on Property locating now.
Anyway if you want to check out government grants look into National Grants Conference's and sign up for one of their workshops for the next time they come to a city near you.
