My name is Ferdinand Winata, I am 21 yearsyears old and currently studying Finance in University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. I;m just getting started in investing in Real Estate. I attended a wholesale class recently by WIA (Wealth Intelligence Academy) and still have two classes to go (lease option and foreclosure).
