I am looking to make connections with other real estate investors and business owners to see if we can mutually help each other make money together.
I have a good network of investor and other real estate professionals that I can share with you and I am looking to add to that group as well.
I have wholesale properties available for rehab and landlord buyers. I also am looking for buy and hold properties specifically towards apartment buildings in the Chicago area.

About Me
I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor. I have been in the game since 2007.
I am also a marathon runner. I have done two marathons so far and my personal best is 2hours 31minutes at the Chicago Marathon in 2009. I graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and ran track and cross country there as well.
Being a full time real estate investor is my main focus, however, I am also an entrepreneur that is always looking to be apart of profitable businesses. My main area of interests for businesses are bars/nightclubs, full service carwashes/detail center, laundramats and vending routes.

I own to businesses currently. EW LLC and 2100 Best Place LLC.
2100 Best Place LLC is my real estate business where my primary focus is wholesale properties and and buy and hold properties.
EW LLC is what I use for my cash flowing businesses outside of real estate.
