Eric is 27 years old and was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He spent a lot of money attending Miami University to obtain a bachelors degree that he doesn't really use. :) (not that the experience wasn't worth it.) He moved to Columbus in the fall of 2006. Eric has a passion for real estate and is a beginner investor who wants to become full-time this year.
