I am in business for myself but I am looking for partners too, for short term ventures or long term business development. I am open to virtually any scenario at this point. For short term cash flow, I concentrate on short sales and wholesaling properties and my long term goal is to buy and hold multi-family commercial properties.
I am open and keep a look out for commerical apartment buildings in Wisconsin, WA state, and in the Western or Southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
