To use a mentor or not. That is the question. The truth of the matter is you really don't need one. You can gather enough free information from the internet via videos, eBooks, emails, webinars, websites, etc., you can go out and do the trial and error thing, or you can go to one or many seminars. I met with a realtor the other day and to my surprise, he was not familiar with wholesaling. He was even an investor. He tried to convince me that wholesales are just about non-existent.
