About Me
I love new things and learning constantly. I am a firm believer in my own power to create my future, (not saying that I've mastered it yet, but I do believe in it!) So, I constantly strive to better myself and focus on the things I like and want in my life.
I love golfing and someday want to play on the senior amateur women's circuit. Yes, golf lessons will certainly be required! I've got a partner who is my exact opposite, and together we are extremely powerful. It's amazing.
Real estate is one of the ways we are achieving the lifestyle we are looking for. We are on our way.
My Business
Our business focus has been on short sales this past 1 1/2 years. We've attempted 8, and been successful in 4 of them. Prior to that we were in Florida attempting the buy and hold strategy without realizing you can only do so much of that with your own money! It just runs out! So our new focus for the next year or more will be to add wholesaling to our business, still taking on a short sale here or there now that we can do them.

Thanks for the info. It's all great stuff! How's business going over in Conover? There seems to be tons of opportunity here in Raleigh so I am trying to "get into the game" as quickly as possible. thanks for the welcome. The Hickory Conover area has experienced some slow down due to high inventory. Things are starting to move a bit more now. I'm new to wholesaling, but we've just begun our first campaign utilizing bandit signs... only 50 up and already 10 leads in 1 1/2 days! Incredible. I'll keep you posted as to my results. But I think they'll be pretty good. The area itself never really tanked too bad, relatively speaking. Where's you mom at ? Haven't checked into apartment communities yet, although that is one of our goals as well. Unfortunately, we don't have access to MLS, but we work with several different realtors to get by and utilize the freebies online to double check things. Are you interested in doing something in this area?
