I love new things and learning constantly.  I am a firm believer in my own power to create my future, (not saying that I've mastered it yet, but I do believe in it!)  So, I constantly strive to better myself and focus on the things I like and want in my life. 

I love golfing and someday want to play on the senior amateur women's circuit.  Yes, golf lessons will certainly be required!  I've got a partner who is my exact opposite, and together we are extremely powerful.  It's amazing. 

Real estate is one of the ways we are achieving the lifestyle we are looking for.  We are on our way.

Our business focus has been on short sales this past 1 1/2 years.  We've attempted 8, and been successful in 4 of them.  Prior to that we were in Florida attempting the buy and hold strategy without realizing you can only do so much of that with your own money! It just runs out!  So our new focus for the next year or more will be to add wholesaling to our business, still taking on a short sale here or there now that we can do them.
