About Us
We are a husband and wife team investing primarily in single-family houses in southwest Fort Worth, Texas. Each of us works a day job in social service sector, and we're building our side business for wealth accumulation, and eventually to remove any need for a day job.
My Business
We are a start-up investment company, buying single-family houses to fix-up then rent-to-own. We buy pre-foreclosures, REOs, HUDs, builder close-outs, FSBOs, or retail (preferable with seller financing, at wholesale prices of course).
In about three years, we plan to trade-up to apartment complexes, and expand into commercial properties, once we feel comfortable with real estate investing in general (walk before you run).
