sorry for taking so long to reply to your question about coastal funding. I have never had a problem with using their proof of funds letter. If you come across not so confident then realtors might check out your references but I don't imagine that is a problem since coastal funding wants to get paid by you. In short they should provide the assistance you need when it comes to funding. Remember their funds are only available for one day.

Hi Alnise, I hope you are stilling going for your dream. Don't give up. There are a lot of programs and help available out there to get you up and going. You will have to invest your time and some of your money, but the payoff is very much worth it. Stay focused and be very wise.
