Hello Everyone, I'm a full-time real estate investor and President of Real Estella LLC from NY. I am currently in NC, NY and VA. I run my business 95% of the time virtually...(gas prices are way too high). I'm looking to network with other real estate investors that share the same goals passion for this business that I do. I am currently looking for one or multiple investors with at least 3 years financials and a real estate portfolio with a below average to good rating, who would like to expand their own portfolio by teaming up with me in starting a new real estate investment partnership short term or long term. You can keep your current investments separate.  The financials and portfolio are track record use only.

I have located a funding source that could provide the basis for a new company that would explode financially with the current conditions of today's real estate market. I am currently looking at 3 other funding sources of the same type who can provide the backbone of moving deals ridiculously fast, once they are tapped and utilized.
