What is the deal with not answering or returning calls??? I am working with a couple investors and a realtor. We had a game plan, and I am finding I am the only one following through! Do these guys have so much money they can sit on all their properties???

What have I accomplished in 2 months?

Well, it has been 2 months now since my first post. This is my first update to keep me accountable for my actions, or lack of.

This is STILL an inspirational blog, even though the big deal is dead. The investor we were dealing with, who had the properties under contract, ran out of time. His contract expired, and the owner of the properties put them under contract with another buyer that promised to sell them all.
